Bad Customer Service Makes for a Bad Company

In my last post, I wrote about our company wanting to do away with our physical office and using virtual offices around the world based on the location of our staff.

Well, I am very upset about the quality of service by all of the virtual office company I contacted.

I contacted about 6 virtual office providers and out of those none have yet replied to me.

Of those who contacted me, none have replied to my reply to them.

What the hell is this? How can a company expect to make money if they have such bad customer service and a crappy sales department?

My company is trying to give these people business and they don’t seem to care about it.

Here is a piece of advice for all companies out there, answer your emails and follow up on them if you want to get customers.

Also, follow up on your emails.

If you want to make your company succesful and have sales, you have to be persistent, cordial and have a fast contact turn around time because companies do not have time to play games and the contract will go to those who went above and beyond.
